Flexible 40mm PVC boot to mount under ratchet block. Keeps the block from hitting the deck without snagging rope.
To install:
Heat the boot with hot water or heat gun.
Thread a cable tie each side of the boot, compress the boot & tighten the cable tie.
Attach ratchet block, cut the cable ties.
